Apple’s annual developer conference is on its way. Typically, at these conferences, all eyes are on the latest tech and what we can expect to see from the future. However, they have tied in their music platform this time.
As Apple’s developer conference drawers closer, Apple have found new ways to get people interested. They’ve launched a Summer playlist. This will contain a variety of songs that can get people excited for the season ahead. All in efforts to promote their upcoming event and bring interest to their new tech and software ahead of launch.
WWDC 2024 playlist on Apple Music
Apple shared a post on X, saying, “WWDC24 is almost here! Check out this playlist of summer sounds to get ready for the biggest Apple developer event of the year.” The one-hour playlist features 20 songs from artists like Tommy Richman, Billie Eilish, Dominic Fike, Sabrina Carpenter, and Glass Animals. You can find the playlist here.
Even if you’re not an Apple Music subscriber, you can still see the song list. Some people have noticed that Apple Music’s profile icon on X has a slightly new look. The logo is a bit thicker with a more subtle gradient. It’s not clear if this is a mistake or if the new icon will be officially launched with iOS 18 next month. We’ll have to wait and see.
